Change to the translations tasks B and C requirements:

• For tasks A, D, and E: Native fluency in the appropriate language. For tasks B and C: This must be your primary language; i.e. your operating system, browser, email, etc defaults should be this language.

B and C are "Write general rules for translation" and "Translate special terms used in Zulip"
