We published a new doc on improving the GCI experience yesterday - it would be great if everyone read it!

This is up for review, so feel free to post any comments and suggest changes :)

Great doc, really thorough. I might have missed it, but wouldn't the different time zones be worth mentioning e.g. at "all of the mentors are reading through the feed as quickly as they can, while helping people." or at "Why is it taking so long for the mentors to check my task?"

what do you mean by mentioning different time zones?

I wonder how we can make it more explicit

other than "Mentors are working shifts across multiple timezones, to assure the best coverage"

Whoops, missed it then.
Just a quick note, "time zones" is written with a space :)

I think in American English it's actually timezone

view this post on Zulip Alicja Raszkowska (Jan 05 2017 at 21:38):

but the plural might be with a space for some bizarre reason :)

I've seen it both ways in American English. I actually use a space.

Sorry again, you are right http://english.stackexchange.com/questions/3934/time-zone-vs-timezone
