Topic: User guide documentation loophole

Hey GCI students! Recently @Rishi Gupta posted some new user guide documentation tasks to complete, but some of these features have been already previously documented. Some examples of this include the Deactivate/reactivate a user, Change a user's name, and the Change default language feature tasks, among at least 3 others. To complete these tasks, all you need to do is to add a link to the templates/zerver/help/index.md file, and then you're done. If you're looking for easy task points, I strongly encourage you to claim these tasks before they're completed. Good luck!

Just to note, they are indeed good tasks, but they are somewhat different from the ones already done, in that they are from the Administration interface rather than the Settings interface. I.e. admins can deactivate/reactivate any user, not just themselves (and similarly, admins can change any user's name, and admins can also set the initial default language for everybody).

Thanks for pointing it out though; definitely should have made it clearer!

Edit: there are indeed some duplicates -- happy hunting! :)

Thanks, @Cynthia Lin! I also strongly encourage folks to claim these fairly easy tasks. You want to be thoughtful in your approach--definitely read the existing page to make sure it makes sense for both links--but generally you'll find these tasks to be quick wins. Good luck!

now I got it - I thought there was something wrong with my interpretation if two people are saying the same thing ;) thanks!
